Mental Health and Mindfulness Training and Certification: For Beauty Industry Professionals
A phrase often heard from beauty industry professionals is, "I feel like my clients therapist" and the phrase that often follows is "And I often don't know how to respond or help." This training was developed to help beauty industry professionals learn how to better understand, respond and support common mental health concerns
The training incorporates psychological, sociological, historical and cultural content to equip you with the knowledge and skills to better address conversations with clients around mental health concerns such as

Time and Fees
Time: 2-2.5 hours
Cost: Promotional cost $85/Typical cost: $100
Promotional cost applies to the first 10 trainees
Payment due at time of registration
The training covers 12 sections and takes approximately 2-2.5 hours to complete.
The 1st hour covers sections 1-6, with a 15 minute break. With the 2nd hour covering section 7-12, with additional time for questions.
After course completion a certificate will be mailed or emailed to the trainee
Trainings are offered in person at 1109 Delaware Ave, Buffalo NY,14209 and virtually
Session 1: In person, Sunday June 9th from 10:00am-12:30pm
Session 2: In person, Sunday June 9th from 1:30:00pm-4:00pm
Session 3: Virtual, Monday July 1st from 10:00am-12:30pm
