Therapeutic growth is created in the therapy room and is fostered and better sustained through connection, exploration and support outside of the therapy room.
We, as humans, are wired for connection, hence why much of our understanding of history is through cultural connections around food, song, language etc. Having various avenues and options allows us all to have ways to be seen and heard fully. Therapy is often a core component but one of the many components.
Below are some local Erie County community resources for opportunities for connection via movement, artistry, volunteering and others.
-If a group or organization interests you, please check details of dates, timing, guidelines etc.
-If you are an organization, business, club etc. and you would like to be included, feel free to contact me.
